Middle School/Teen Program

The middle school children arrive at the Club between 1:55-2:05.  Between 2:00-3:00 the middle schoolers have the entire building to themselves including the technology room, gamesroom, gym, and function hall.  At 2:30 the high schoolers arrive.  The high schoolers and the middle school children are combined in the function hall from 3:00-5:30pm. At 3:00pm the middle schoolers/high schoolers move back to the function hall to be separate from the elementary children until 5:30pm.  At 3:00pm the children have many different options:  participating in an upstairs recreational activity (or during nice weather an outside recreational game), doing their homework, playing a video game, going on the computers, or just hanging out with their friends.  In the function hall there is a designated homework room that is quiet where the children can do their homework at their leisure.  Every day at 4:00pm there is a recreational game in the gym.  Throughout the day in the function hall the middle schoolers/high schoolers can sign up for turns on the Xbox 360, Xbox, Wii, and the computers for half hour turns at a time.  There is also ping pong, eight ball, fooseball, Texas hold em, and yugioh tournaments.  Other special activities for the middle schoolers/high schoolers include dodgeball and flag football leagues, paintball outings, ski trips, and the occasional bruins’ game.
