Summer Program Information:
We run a nine week summer program, usually starting the first Monday after Derry schools start their summer break.
Club shirts must be worn every day! Children arriving at the Club without a shirt will be given a new shirt and parents will be expected to stop at the office at the end of the day to pay for the new shirt. Bag lunches can be brought to the Club in a lunch box or small cooler with member’s name clearly printed on it. Please include utensils in children's lunches. Parents, please NO MICROWAVE meals or snacks.
Lunch is from 11:45 to 12:30 in the function hall. All members must eat their lunch during this time; all other program areas will be shut down.
Pizza is available to members at a cost of $1.00 a slice. Pizza orders will be taken daily by the team group leader. Pizza orders must be in by 10:30 am, if your child will not be in until after that time, you can call the main office and place you order. It is recommended that parents place orders to eliminate the possibility of forgetting or using money intended for pizza in the vending machines. Vending machines are available for drinks & snacks and must be purchased prior to going into the function hall for lunch. Vending machines may be used throughout the day during member’s game room rotation. Snacks are only allowed in the snack area of the games room. Please throw garbage in appropriate receptacles.

Summer Program Activities:
During the summer vacation the Club divides its members into five separate groups determined by the grade they will be entering in the fall. Members stay in their determined groups for all activities throughout the day all summer long. Members rotate throughout the day to designated program areas of the Club. 
In the Function Hall we have a pool table, Foosball table and a ping pong table along with a number of different board games, Legos, arts and crafts. We also show the occasional movie on the large screen TV located in this Hall.
In the Game Room we have tournaments such as eight ball, Foosball, ping pong, carpet bowling and bumper pool. In the Gym, we play games like kickball, bombardment, run the bases, whiffleball and much more.
We will have scheduled time Outside, where the children play games like soccer, football, baseball, capture the flag and other outdoor activities.
We have a two-sided multifunctional Technology Room where they will have the opportunity for open computer time which can include online games, educational learning through computer games as well as enjoying the internet safety program presented by Netsmartz. The other half of the room provides the kids with arts & crafts, coloring and painting, reading from our children's library, board games and more.
Our final area is Upstairs, where they do smaller group games and activities.
We have scheduled trips to Chunkie's Cinema, the New Hampshire Fishercats and to Liquid Planet Water Park. More information about trips will be posted at the Club throughout the summer.
